Step 2: 45–60 Minute Deep-Dive Warm-Up Session (Video) This is a safe, one-on-one space where we explore your challenges, emotions, and patterns more deeply. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening, a few actionable tools, and the confidence to decide if you’d like to continue therapy with me.
